NEW YORK CITY—Digital advertising agency xAd,Inc. has signed a lease at One World TradeCenter totaling nearly 44,000 square feet.

The firm, currently headquartered at 401 Park Ave. South, willbe relocating to its new global headquarters offices by nextsummer. xAd signed a 10-year lease with the DurstOrganization and the Port Authority of New York& New Jersey for 43,849 square feet of space,encompassing the entire 60th floor of One World TradeCenter.

Cushman & Wakefield's JonMayeske and Jamie Katcher represented xAdin the transaction. Building ownership was represented byEric Engelhardt, vice president and director ofleasing at One World Trade Center for the Durst Organization, andby Tara Stacom, C&W executive vice chairmanand a team from the real estate services firm that includedAlan Stein, James Searl andJustin Royce, along with JodiPulice of JRT Realty.
