DALLAS--Realty Capital Management LLC, thedeveloper of the 150-acre Lakeside DFW, hasannounced that it has leased approximately 76 percent of the phaseI restaurant, retail and office space under construction at theproject.
The first phase of the development, located at FM 2499 andLakeside Parkway adjacent to Lake Grapevine in Flower Mound,consists of six Mediterranean-style mixed-use buildings withapproximately 50,000 square feet of commercial space on the groundfloor plus a 45,000-square-foot entertainment complex calledMoviehouse & Eatery.
Completion of the six buildings is slated for January, withbusinesses opening throughout the first and second quarters of nextyear.
