In a career spanning almost three decades, Seale has representedmany of the largest corporations, developers and institutionalowners in the commercial real estate world. Some of his morenotable clients include Ingram Micro, Emerson Power, K. HovnanianHomes, McCarthy Building Company, KPMG, Brookfield, Blackrock, UBSRealty Investors, SunCor and GE.
Seale focuses on creating and nurturing relationships that spanmultiple business lines in multiple markets and is an expert atpositioning real estate assets through strategic leasing anddisposition plans while achieving the highest possible propertyvalue.
