CHERRY HILL, NJ—The Three Executive Campusoffice building here has been sold in a deal reportedly worthapproximately $29 million.
New York City-based investment firm MadisonCapital sold the six-story 430,995-square-foot officebuilding to a New York-based partnership, according to thePhiladelphia Business Journal. Madison Capital acquired the firstmortgage on the property and foreclosed on the note in May2011.
The building located off Route 38 was at one time referred to asthe Stone & Webster building. Three Executive Campus is locatedat the six-buiding Cherry Hill Executive Campus, which totals morethan 900,000 square feet.
