NEW YORK CITY—Cushman & Wakefield reportsit has promoted 16 brokers to executive positions, including eightwithin its retail practice area.

Ron Lo Russo, president, New York Tri-Stateregion, announced the appointments for Cushman & Wakefield. Thebrokerage firm has promoted Alan Schmerzler toexecutive vice president; Andrew Kahn,Jonathan Scibilia and StevenSoutendijk to executive director; IanLerner, Christopher Schwart andChristian Stanton to director; and JesseHutcher to associate director in its retail practice.
