MIDDLETOWN, PA—Woodmont IndustrialPartners has secured $32.9 million in financing for themodernization of Capital Logistics Center, asix-building, 1.55-million-square-foot industrial complex situatedon more than 100 acres in Middletown, PA.
The financing will be used to redevelop CapitalLogistics Center into a state-of-the-art, class Aindustrial park.
