ATLANTA—The demand for industrial space inmetro Atlanta is rising—and Ridgeline PropertyGroup is the latest to decide to enter the market with newinventory. Ridgeline just announced plans to develop a714,560-square-foot class A speculative industrialbuilding in McDonough, GA. That's in the South Atlanta Industrialsubmarket.

On the capital front, Ridgeline is working with ClarionPartners to build the McDonough Commerce Center. Theindustrial project will sit on 53 acres of land inthe heart of Henry County's industrial bulksubmarket, directly off of the Interstate 75 and Hwy 155interchange.

“Atlanta's industrial sector has rebounded strongly and themarket is starved for high-quality, modern product,” saysMike Gray, president of Ridgeline. “In particular,e-retailing has changed the landscape in the logistics arena, andthis project provides sophisticated users optimal ceiling clearheight, increased bay spacing, and greater car and trailer parkingcapacity.”
