WASHINGTON, DC—Developers Forest City andPN Hoffman are working on plans to build a newcondo building as part of their The Yardsmixed-use development in the Navy Yard neighborhood here.

The 10-story Yards Condos building would total130 units and occupy the current site housing the Trapeze School.The 130 condos would range from studios to two-bedrooms. Thebuilding, will also feature a rooftop lounge, outdoor kitchen andother amenities, according to the Washington Post.

PN Hoffman and Forest City are now in the process of acquiringthe site from the General ServicesAdministration and are working on architectural planswith the D.C. Historic Preservation Office,according to Julie Chase, spokeswoman for PNHoffman.
