HREC Investment Advisors arranged for theseller. The selling investment group consisted of funds affiliatedwith Varde Partners, Inc., a global alternativeinvestment firm; Waramaug, a Florida basedinvestor and Interstate Hotels. The HREC Team onthe transaction included Mike Dube (VP - Denver),Geoff Davis, president and senior principal, NYC, and Mike CahillCEO and founder, Denver.
