WALTHAM, MA—Delaware Life will relocate itsMassachusetts operations from Wellesley Hills to 37,000 square feetof space at Reservoir Place at 1601 Tarpelo Roadhere.
The firm is currently based at 96 Worcester St. in WellesleyHills, according to brokerage firm Cassidy Turley,which announced the insurer's office relocation. Delaware Lifesigned a seven-year lease at the Reservoir Place property.

Sams, Jr., CEO of Delaware Life.“This space stood out because of its prime location near Boston, aswell as its wealth of amenities. We look forward to theopportunities this space will bring.”
