PHOENIX—CBRE has completed a 48,735-square-footlease at Estrella Business Park located at 1010 S. 65thAve. in Phoenix. Propak Logistics, Inc. has leasedthe space marking the company's first location in metropolitanPhoenix and bringing the property to 100% leased.
Pat Feeney, Dan Calihan andRusty Kennedy with CBRE's Phoenix office, alongwith Bob Pielsticker of CBRE Tulsa, representedFort Smith, AK-based Propak. The landlord, EJM DevelopmentCo. of Los Angeles, negotiated on its own behalf.
“This was a unique user requirement and the space at EstrellaBusiness Park was a perfect match. The space in question is an endcap with an adjacent three-acre side yard, which will allow Propakto meet the needs of their major clients in and around the metroarea,” says Feeney.
