The New York City-based real estate investment firm purchased 36East 61st St., a seven-story townhouse that totals 15,900 squarefeet of space. With 2,600 square feet on the lower level, 2,500square feet on the ground floor, and the upper levels of thebuilding adding an additional 3,600 square feet of space, theproperty is an ideal location for any tenant that offers bothcommercial and residential opportunities. The luxury propertycombines old world charm with spacious updated interior space, thecompany states.

The property could potentially be used as a showroom, an office,or a retail shop.
