MEMPHIS—Target has inked a 900,000-square-footindustrial lease worth $50 million. The lease willeffectively reposition 5461 Davidson Road as a regional onlinefulfillment center.

Patrick Walton and Kemp Conradwith Cushman & Wakefield-Commercial Advisorsin Memphis represented the property owner, an asset management andinvestment firm. Patrick Burke ofCBRE represented Target.

“This project is a great Christmas present to the Memphis regionand starts 2015 on a very positive note,” says Walton, noting thatthe distribution center is expected to generate more than 400 newjobs in Shelby County. “Labor played a major role for choosingMemphis.”
