BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ—Tryko Partners, LLC of Brickhas expanded its property portfolio by acquiring a skilled nursingfacility in its home town. Tryko acquiredBurnt Tavern Rehabilitation and HealthcareCenter—renamed Willow Spring Rehabilitation andHealthcare Center—and will immediately launch a $1 millionrenovation and program upgrade at the property.
Located at 1049 Burnt Tavern Road,Willow Spring includes 148 skilled nursing bedswith expansion potential, and an assisted-living component that canaccommodate 23 clients. Tryko Partners purchasedthe asset from the original developer, NuVisionManagement.
