EMERYVILLE, CA—The Bascom Group, LLC andfunds managed by Carlyle RealtyPartners have acquired BridgecourtApartments, a 220-unit class A apartment community withfive ground floor retail spaces in Emeryville. The $45.1 millionsale closed Tuesday.
Stephen Jackson and MarkFeldman of ColliersInternational were the brokers for thesale. Brian Eisendrath, BrandonSmith and AnnieRice of CBRE CapitalMarkets arranged the $40.6 million loanwith California Bank & Trust.
Bridgecourt was constructed in 1998 and is located at 1325 40thStreet, Emeryville.
