AUSTIN—Austin's skyline is set to get even more impressive.Developers on Monday announced plans for a 58-story, 370-unitresidential tower called The Independent.
Constructive Venture is partnering with AspenHeights on the 950,000-square-foot project. Units will range from675 to 3,485 square feet, with floor plans featuring one to threebedrooms.
“Our goal is to deliver an iconic addition to the Austin skylinethat meets market demand and the city's goals of increasing densityand diversity downtown,” Greg Henry, founder andCEO of Aspen Heights, told GlobeSt.com. “There'san increasing diversity amongst buyers in Austin, encompassing agreater age range and geographic base than ever before.”
