AUSTIN—Rise and shine: Highland Resources Inc.is bringing Denver-based restaurant Snooze an A.M.Eatery to its Lamar Central mixed-usedevelopment.
The 3,900-square-foot lease marks Snooze's first Texas outpost,and it is the development's first signed restaurant.
