FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—In what ARA Newmark iscalling a new record for land pricing per unit on non-oceanfrontland in South Florida, a .63-acre development site in FortLauderdale, FL just traded hands. The sale price: $10 million, orjust over 454,000 per unit.

ARA Newmark's South Florida Land Division senior managingdirector Troy Ballard served as lead advisor forthe seller Jeremy Bedzow and Grand Birch. ARAexecutive managing director Avery Klann and vicechairman Marc deBaptiste supported Bedzow in thedeal.
