TUSTIN, CA—Miracles for Kids has begun therenovation of a multi-unit apartment building that will offersubsidized housing to families with children battling chronic orlife-threatening illnesses. Named Miracle Manor,the property is an extension of the organization's mission toproviding financial aid and stability to OrangeCounty's most at-risk families.

Located less than a mile from CHOC Hospital inOrange, CA, Miracle Manorencompasses 12 spacious two- and three-bedroom units. Miracles forKids purchased the property in late December 2014 and will partnerwith HomeAid and Institute of Real EstateManagement to renovate Miracle Manor in time for aprojected move-in date of August 1.

“Fighting a life-threateningillness requires an immense time commitment and often results indepleted savings or income loss,” said AutumnStrier, CEO of Miracles forKids. “Miracle Manor will provide these families with not justhousing stability but also convenient access to CHOC Hospital and afamily-friendly community during their time of need.”
