MILWAUKEE—Sara Investment Real Estate, LLC, aninvestment and brokerage company in Madison, WI, has just closed onthe purchase of the Fair Park Business Center, an office buildingdirectly across from State Fair Park in West Allis, a suburb ofMilwaukee.
The building, located at 620 S. 76th St., is designated formulti-tenant use. Formerly a service and training center for localutility WE Energies, the 132,401 square-foot spacenow houses companies with focuses ranging from education to healthmanagement.
