WASHINGTON, DC—Carr Properties has acquired theColumbia Center office building located near theto-be-built Fannie Mae headquarters here.
HFF, which arranged the sale, reported that thetransaction for the 393,815-square-foot office building finallyclosed.
The Washington Business Journal reported in May thatthe property was to be sold by an affiliate of UBSfor an anticipated sale price of $138 million or approximately$350-a-square-foot.
