DENVER—The Denver market is as tight as it has ever been. Thatis according to Mark Bowen, SVP of DCTIndustrial Trust.
Bowen, who will serve as a speaker on the industrial panel atthe upcoming RealShare Denver conference on August11th, tells GlobeSt.com that the market istight due to the fact that there is a considerable differencebetween the market's available supply and the significant demandthat exists in the market.
That, he says, has “caused both current tenants and new tenantsin the market to have fewer choices for space needs and fairlysignificant rental rate increases from what they were 24 to 36months ago.”
