MIAMI—Property Group Partners, formerlyLouis Dreyfus Property Group, just snapped up 324Royal Palm Way, a 25,000-square-foot luxury officebuilding in Palm Beach, FL. The $18 million acquisition expands thefirm's South Florida footprint.

Cushman & Wakefield director MarkPateman and associate director TaraEngland represented the buyer in the transaction. PalmBeach-based Armata Holdings was the seller.

“This was a classic relationship transaction,” Pateman, whoalong with England managed the building's leasing for Armata priorto the sale, tells GlobeSt.com. “While Armata was not activelyshopping the deal, we knew they were willing and we were able topresent an actionable offer.”
