SAN DIEGO—Last week was the opening week of the “RethinkDowntown: Behind San Diego's Skyline” exhibit, hostedby Bosa Development. The exhibit gave more than1,000 San Diegans a chance to view the past and future of Downtownas it propels to the next level.

Present at the event were Downtown pioneers NatBosa, president of Bosa Development; KrisMichell, president and CEO of Downtown San DiegoPartnership; exhibition curator TrevorBoddy; Jinsuk Park, director ofKohn Pedersen Fox Associates; MattAwbrey, chief of communications and deputy chief of staffto Mayor Kevin Faulconer; and HowardOu, field representative for Congressman ScottPeters. Awbrey and Ou presented Bosa with proclamations onbehalf of the city and state.

The exhibition features all-new videos, scale models, dramaticphotographs, historic views/maps and engaging displays, along witha lecture series bringing the past and future of Downtown San Diegoto life. Rethink Downtown also will feature collaborations withSan Diego State University School of Art andDesign and NewSchool of Architecture +Design, and a plethora of multimedia artists whosecommissioned work will highlight the past, present and future ofDowntown San Diego.
