SAN DIEGO—iboss Cybersecurity, a company thataims to detect and contain large data breaches before loss occurs,has opened a new global headquarters in San Diego. The 43,000square-foot facility includes a state-of-the-art threat researchcenter to identify new malware and viruses that threaten computernetworks.

The new office incorporates leading amenities and features meantto attract top industry talent, including a 40-footslide in the center of the building, modern kitchens,indoor putting greens, swings and a spacious outdoor lounge withfire pits and barbeque grills.

iboss invested more than $6 million tocompletely renovate the building, the former SAIC WorldWide Data Center that was closed when that company movedto Washington DC in 2009. By focusing on increasing sunlight andopen spaces and using raw materials in the construction, the newdesign is meant to create a positive, natural environment foremployees.
