LAKE JACKSON, TX--Dallas-based Centennial Real EstateCo., in partnership with Atlantic Creek RealEstate Partners LLC and The North Shore PropertiesGroup LLC, closed on the off-market acquisition of BrazosMall, a 680,951-square-footenclosed mall in Lake Jackson, Texas, 50 miles south ofHouston.

Built in 1976, Brazos Mall is theonly enclosed retail center in the Brazosport area, which isbenefiting from nearly $30 billion of investments under way orplanned for completion by 2020, includingDow's newTexas Innovation Center and Port Freeport's LNGterminals.
