CHANDLER, AZ—The retail component marks Hines'final land sale in Chandler Viridian's25-acre master plan and is a major milestone in the mixed-useproject's development. It is located at the northwest corner of theLoop 101/Loop 202 interchange in the PriceCorridor.

Chandler Viridian Retail LLC, formed byWINLEE Development (a division of Phoenix-basedWinfield Lee Investments, PeterNelson and Gary Emery, principals),purchased the retail land, totaling 3.25 acres. The project, calledChandler Viridian PRIMEGATE, featuresapproximately 24,000 square feet of curated, specialty restaurantand retail amenities as a component of the larger class-A mixed-usedevelopment under construction at the entry to ChandlerFashion Center. Chandler Viridian PRIMEGATE is located atthe hard corner of the intersection of Price Road/Loop 101 Freewayand Frye Road, and at the east main entrance to Chandler FashionCenter's entertainment hub.
