CHANDLER,AZ—Chandler Viridian PRIMEGATE @Fashion Center, the distinctive restaurant andretail component of the $150 million mixed-use Chandler Viridiandevelopment, will be delivering users in 2016. The project iscurrently under construction at the northwest corner of theintersection of the Loop 202 and Loop 101 freeways.

WINLEEDevelopment, a division of Winfield LeeInvestments, is developing PRIMEGATE andrecently closed on the land for the project for $4.8 million. Aconsortium of Hines,AllianceResidential, WINLEEDevelopment and ConcordHospitality is developing the multi-useproject, and CBRE/UCRhas themarketing/leasing assignment.

In addition tothe PRIMEGATE amenities, upon completion, the integrated mixed-useproject will also feature a 335-unit Broadstone luxury multi-familycommunity, a 250,000 square foot six-story, class-A office buildingand a 140-room CambriaHotel. The project offers a mix ofshop and restaurant opportunities together with dedicatedfreestanding restaurant spaces. PRIMEGATE is flanked by bothMacerich'sChandler Fashion Center and Hine's Chandler Viridian, which providea dynamic mix of multi-family residential, office, hospitality andretail uses.
