HOUSTON--Applied Optoelectronics Inc. (AOI) andSkanska USA recently celebrated a topping-outceremony of the new expansion building adjacent to the current AOIheadquarters in Sugar Land.
The new expansion projects include two buildings. The firstbuilding under construction is a 106,000-square-foot, three-storyconcrete facility. Additionally, Skanska topped out a second10,000-square-foot building.
Officials with AOI were unable to offer additional comments asof press time.
