TEMPE, AZ—With a space that will provide conference, trainingand meeting rooms for on-site workforce programs and classes,Maricopa Corporate College has inked a17,500-square-foot long-term lease. Maricopa Corporate Collegeleased the space at 1050 W. Washington St., Suite 100 fromSunstate. The office space is near light rail withconvenient access to Loop 202.

Kathy Foster, senior vice president, andTodd Noel, executive vice president, both ofColliers International, represented theMaricopa County Community College District in thetransaction. Mike Garlick with NewmarkGrubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, Sunstate.

Foster tells GlobeSt.com: "This Tempe lease will furtherMaricopa Corporate College's long-term needs and provide convenienttransportation to light rail and Loop 202."
