FORT WORTH—Hillwood Properties, developer ofthe 18,000-acre master-planned, mixed-useAllianceTexas, is bringing Watercrest atAlliance Town Center, an eight-acre senior independentliving complex, to the Alliance Town Centerproject.

South Bay Partners Inc., a Dallas-based seniorhousing development company, has recently broken ground on theproject in north Fort Worth. Watercrest at Alliance Town Center isowned through a joint venture between the Bluhmfamily of Chicago and South Bay Partners Inc.

"Watercrest at Alliance Town Center is another example ofHillwood's commitment to providing housing options for all lifestages," Robert Folzenlogen, vice president ofHillwood Properties, told GlobeSt.com.
