HOUSTON--KDC has achieved LEED Goldcertification from the U.S. Green Building Councilfor the first three office towers at CityLine, thecompany's 186-acre mixed-use development in Richardson.
State Farm is leasing 1.5 million square feetin buildings One, Two and Three CityLine.
"We exceeded our expectations when it came to creating an idealand healthy work environment for State Farm," says DonMills, KDC executive vice president. "We weretargeting LEED Silver certification but when it came to scoring theproject, both the design and construction teams surpassed therequirements to obtain LEED Gold certification."
