AUSTIN--CBRE has announced a 10,534-square-footexpansion lease for GateHouse Media.
The company's Center for News & Design willexpand its existing 18,444-square-foot office at Northview BusinessCenter (9001 North Interstate Highway 35) in Austin, after openingin May 2014.
The Center offers a range of content services to GateHouse Medianewspapers and commercial clients, including centralized copyediting and page design, web development and training. Today, theprint editions of more than 200 GateHouse Media newspapers aredesigned and edited at the Center, alongside product developmentfor their companion web and mobile sites. Over 225 people work atthe Center today.
