ORLANDO—CarrollOrganization is moved faston the multifamily front in 2015. The company acquired threeproperties with a total of 1,438 units in an off-market portfoliopurchase in one of its last deals of the year.

Specifically, Carrollpurchased La Palazza at MetroWest, The Cottages at Hunter's Creekand Knightsbridge at Stoneybrook. Two of themultifamily properties will be rebranded as Arium MetroWestand Arium Hunter's Creek, respectively. Knightsbridge will continueto operate under its current name. All threemultifamily properties will be managed by Carroll ManagementGroup.
