AUSTIN--HFF announced today thatForrest Bass has joined the firm as a director inits Austin office.
Bass will focus on multifamily capital markets and investmentsales transactions in Austin and throughout Central Texas.
Bass has more than 10 years of multi-housing experience and mostrecently worked as a senior director at Berkadia.Prior to Berkadia, he held positions at TarantinoProperties and Houston Income Propertiesin both Austin and Houston. During his career, he has closedwell over $1 billion in apartment sales throughout Texas. Bassholds a bachelor's degree with a concentration in finance from theUniversity of Texas at Austin.
