ORLANDO—Jaeb Center for HealthResearch, a nonprofit medical research organization, on behalf ofTower Realty out of Orlando, just inked a33,000-square-foot lease. The deal was renewal andexpansion.
Jaeb signed a seven-year termdeal. The research firm will occupy the entire third floor of the33,000-square-foot class A office building in Tampa, FL.
"Jaeb is now the largest anchor tenant of thebuilding," says Clay Wommack, director ofoffice and industrial agencyleasing for Franklin Street. "We are thrilled that Jaeb chose toremain in this building and expand. The quality of the asset andits location were key points in their decision."
