AUSTIN--X Team International andits partners Mountain West Retail and Investment(MWRI), Dunbar Commercial andEndeavor Real Estate Group (EREG)have completed three sale-leaseback transactions forMelrose Family Fashions totaling 32,160 squarefeet.
The Melrose Family Fashions stores included in the transactionare located in three Texas cities: Laredo, Odessa and Rio GrandeCity. MWRI's Chris Hatch, Dunbar Commercial'sBill Dunbar and EREG's Dan Freybrokered the transactions. Capview Partners wasthe buyer.
