FONTANA, CA—Bridge Development Partners, LLChas selected Premier Design + Build, LLC to takecharge of a sizable construction initiative—Bridge PointFontana I & II.
The industrial complex will serve as home to two buildings thatwill set the standard for facilities in the Southern Californiamarket. Groundbreaking took place in December 2015and tenants will be able to move into these buildings, totaling878,839 sq ft, 2nd quarter of 2016.
Bridge Point Fontana is strategically located near thePorts of Los Angeles and Long Beach with immediateaccess to Interstates 10 and 15. Tenants of thecomplex will also benefit from the large and willing workforcethroughout and around San Bernardino County, thefifth most populous county in California.
