The 230-unit condo project is located in SunnyIsles Beach, FL, just west of Collins Avenue. The project, which isthe first ground-up condo Key and 13th Floor completed together inthis cycle, is 100% sold out.
Liliana Paez, CEO of Key, tellsGlobeSt.com the projectd "drew buyers from across the US and aroundthe world. Paez says she's "already seeing similar sales activityat The Harbour, which is only a half-mile away."
