CHICAGO—Molto Properties is nearing completionon a 226,090 square foot speculative industrial project located inWindham Lakes Southwest Business Park at 1881 Normantown Rd. insuburban Romeoville. This marks the developer's third project inthe last 12 months within Chicago's I-55 industrial corridor. Thecompany has named Jim Estus, principal withColliers International's Chicago-based industrialadvisory group, as exclusive agent of the building.
