HOUSTON—Cresa is relocating in Houston.
The company has moved its office from 5599 San Felipe St. to1990 Post Oak Blvd. The move stems from the need to accommodateCresa's growth in personnel, continued expansion of its servicelines, "and its need for space that is more reflective of thefirm's professional image and position as a top-tier provider ofcommercial real estate services in the marketplace," say firmreps.
Cresa Houston executed a long-term lease at Three PostOak Central in the heart of Uptown Houston. The firmoccupied its new space in late December. Managing principalAndré Granello, negotiated the new lease on behalfof the firm.
