WOODBRIDGE, NJ—A joint-venture partnership ofAdvance Realty and F. GreekDevelopment has opened a 190,000-square-foot, refrigeratedstorage and distribution center for Preferred FreezerServices in Woodbridge Township.
At ribbon cutting ceremonies, Woodbridge Mayor JohnMcCormac called the facility "a milestone in thetownship's presence on the global logistics stage."
"We see the rising demand for logistics capacity near PortNewark/Elizabeth as a tremendous opportunity for Woodbridge,"McCormac says. "PreferredFreezer, which is recognized as the global industryleader, sees that Middlesex County is the ideal corridor as theneed for sophisticated storage solutions moves inland and south.And we have no doubt that other logistics companies willfollow."
