MIAMI—Change. That's the story at Douglas Entrance, a467,000-square-foot office park in Coral Gables. The park has a newleasing agent and is undergoing massive renovations as CoralGables' office market continues winning tenantattention.

Banyan Street Capital, along with capitalpartner, Oaktree Capital Management, just namedCBRE the exclusive leasing agent for Douglas Entrance. Banyantraded for $100.75 million in 2014.

"Today Douglas Entrance is currently undergoing a $7 millionrenovation program which will elevate the tenant experience at thepark," says Rudy Touzet, managing partner ofBanyan. Upgrades to the office complex's commonareas and amenities span the main office lobbies,elevators, corridors, restrooms, parking garage, directionalsignage, and conference center. Ownership is also installing newartwork throughout the campus, new landscaping in the maincourtyard, and updated design finishes and furniture.
