QUINCY, MA—The 1199SEIU United Healthcare WorkersEast labor union will be relocating its operations fromlong-time leased space in Dorchester to nearly 42,000 square feetof space here later this year.

1199SEIU signed a lease for 41,549 square feet of space at108 Myrtle St., according to Newmark GrubbKnight Frank, which represented the health care workersunion in the transaction with building owner and managerCampanelli Trigate Myrtle Quincy LLC.

The labor union initiated a search for new space in mid-December2014 and finalized the deal in December 2015, according to aspokesperson for NGKF.
