CBRE's Philip Voorheesrepresented Coventry Real Estate, while TimothyBower and Johnny Choi represented thebuyer.
The mall is currently 93% leased to such recognizable tenants asDSW, TJ Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, 24 HourFitness and Metroplex Theaters. Themall's other anchor tenants, not included in this transaction, areSears and Walmart.
