PRINCETON, TX--NOVUS Realty Advisors hascompleted the disposition of approximately 11 acres of raw land forclient and former property owner, Wells Fargo BankNA.
The prominently located piece of land is at the southwest cornerof the US Highway 380 and Cypress Bend intersection, just east ofdowntown McKinney in Princeton. The land was purchased byF&L LLP, who plans to divide the property andsell commercial pad sites to end-users.
"As one of Dallas-Fort Worth's most traveled east/westthoroughfares, US Highway 380 continues to expand and spark growthalong its edges," says Tom Grunnah, principal atNOVUS. "Princeton is directly east of Downtown McKinney and isquickly becoming a new area for growth. A WalmartSupercenter, just one-half mile east of the property, isunder construction.
