Also, WorkplaceResource has renewed its lease for 5,911 square feetand was represented by Bre MillerBrown and ZaneCole with Jones LangLaSalle and RyanBohls with Newmark GrubbKnight. Workplace Resource is a part ofthe Herman Miller Certified Network andprovides high-performance interior work places.
In addition, Bloomfire has renewedits lease for 12,740 square feet. Bloomfire is an Austin-basedsoftware firm, creating programs to efficiently share informationwithin companies.
