CHANTILLY, VA—Government contractor CACIInternational has extended its full-building lease andpartial space in another building within CommonwealthCentre, a 100-acre mixed-use campus within the Westfieldshub. Its total footprint in this enclave is 220,551 squarefeet.

It occupies all of the 14370 Newbrook Dr., a 160,000-squarefoot, five-story building, and 37% of the similarly-sized 14360Newbrook Dr. BPG Properties developed these buildings in 2008 and2009 for about $48 million each. They went on tobecome the first office buildings in Virginia to achieve LEEDPlatinum status.

Mike Shuler of Avison Youngrepresented the landlord and Jeff Groh andRobert Shue of Jones Lang LaSallerepresented the tenant in the recent lease negotiations.
