Commercial Place I is a four-story officebuilding. Commercial Place II is a three-storyoffice building. Both properties are located inthe Cypress Creek submarket.
JLL senior vice president Sandra Andersen willoversee the leasing on behalf of the building's new ownership,Brookwood Financial Partners.
