The for-lease building, developed in a joint venture byUDR Inc. and MetLife Inc., has adistinct combination of high-end finishes, panoramic views via arooftop lounge and plentiful amenities. And, when complete, it willhave contributed more than $20 million tothe affordable housing fund.
